5. Products and product information
Certain products may be available exclusively online through this website. These products may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Refund Policy.
We make every effort to display product colors, finishes and dimensions accurately. However, the actual color and finish of a fixture may vary depending on your screen settings and the lighting in your room. Slight variations in finish are inherent to metal products and are not considered defects.
Product images may show fixtures with bulbs installed for illustration. Bulb inclusion is stated on each product page.
6. Electrical products, installation and safety
Our products are lighting fixtures intended for indoor residential use unless the product page states otherwise.
You are responsible for ensuring that any fixture is installed in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, applicable electrical codes and local regulations. Hardwired fixtures should be installed by a qualified, licensed electrician.
We are not liable for damage, injury or loss resulting from improper installation, modification of a fixture, use of incompatible bulbs or dimmers, exceeding the stated maximum wattage, or use of a product in conditions it was not designed for, including outdoor or damp locations unless the product is rated for them.
Products are supplied for use with a standard 120V North American electrical supply.
7. Warranty
All products are covered against manufacturing defects for 1 year from the date of delivery.
This warranty does not cover normal wear, damage from improper installation or use, cosmetic changes to a finish over time, consumable items such as bulbs, or products that have been modified.
To make a warranty claim, contact us at info@haalem.com with your order number and photographs of the issue. If a defect is confirmed, we will repair, replace or refund the product at our discretion, at no cost to you.
This warranty is separate from your right to return an item within 30 days, which is covered by our Refund Policy.
8. Accuracy of billing and account information
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed with us. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions made at our store.
9. Pricing errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical, technical or supplier error, we reserve the right to cancel any order placed at that price, whether or not the order has been confirmed and payment taken. If your order is cancelled for this reason, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
10. Optional tools
We may provide you with access to third-party tools which we neither monitor nor control. You acknowledge that we provide access to such tools "as is" and "as available" without any warranties. Use of optional tools is entirely at your own risk.
Any visualization, room preview or planning tool offered on this site produces an approximation for guidance only. It does not represent exact scale, brightness, color temperature or how a fixture will appear in your space.

Certain content, products, and services available via our Service may include materials from third parties. Third-party links may direct you to websites not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of third-party materials or websites.
